So lastnight I was heading to a friends birthday party and came across a pretty crazy apt. fire. I first told myself that I wasn't working and that I should just keep driving. Well, that thought past quickly and at the next block I turned around. The fire didn't show any flames, just a lot of smoke and residents gathering in the snow, arms full of cats, kids and blankets. I noticed some residents and a lot of emergency personnel gathering at one of the entry ways. I made my way over and peeked through the lobby windows to see a charred body lying on the floor. I gasped and took a step back, at that time a police officer noticed my cameras and threatened to arrest me if I take any photos of the scene. I told him that I didn't take any of the body and continued to step back away from the scene. The officer continued to scream in my face and tell me to get out of there. Well I didn't go.
