Seven-year-old Kiairra Cannon sits on the swing set that remains in the families yard in Aurora after fire destroyed their home early Saturday morning. Kiairra is being credited for saving her family after she woke everyone up. "We just bought my new (Bratz) tv and it burned up," said Kiairra.

A little town set-up after to house the troops after WWII. The homes in this little finger of Aurora, are run down and the residents are close to living in poverty. Big name developers are itching to overtake this hidden little place. Sounds like a good story to me.

Stuck in the studio

so for most of today (thursday), I was shooting in the studio, fun but I love hitting the streets as well. But, as I said it was fun. Especially the girl I pulled out of our parking lot with the awesome dog.
